Hi Adrienne,

I have updated this computer to our latest version of Windows along with our new security software. It seems to be 
running well again. If you want to take it for a test drive to see how it's performing that would be great. 
If it's still not working well for you we can take it back again and talk about swapping it out with another 
device.

It will be waiting for you to pick up at UCS.

Picked up the users laptop. ( 20200412[Edit Inv] ) Dropped off a Mac loaner. 
Putting laptop in box 12. Laptop needs to be looked at user was 
complaining of slowness. One day when she opened the laptop the 
desktop didn't appear until she restarted her computer. Email user for 
other issues if needed

Hello,

We currently have no techs in. When we do we will 
have you bring in the laptop so we can provide you 
with a loaner. Since this is a laptop your 
department purchased you are able to purchase 
another one, but we would prefer to be able to try 
to fix it prior to you purchasing a new one. When 
would you be able to come in?

Hi UCS,

I have an employee that I supervise, Adrienne 
Allardt-Wong, and they are in need of a 
replacement computer.  Their laptop has been 
giving them trouble and we would prefer to get a 
replacement before something dramatic happens and 
it severely impacts our work.

Please help us know what the next steps are.
