Needs a new Logitech unifying dongle we have four 
of them sitting on upper tech desk.Please bring 
one or two in case. She also needs a dock because 
she doesn't have one and it is making it more 
difficult to do her job, she is GFA so please use 
a GFA pool dock. If not solved Monday I will take 
over ticket Tuesday :)

can not come out soon.

Kathy called this afternoon and stated that her 
mouse and keyboard are not connecting to her 
device. She mentioned that there are no error 
codes or messages that pop-up. However, after 
uninstalling the logistic app she received the 
error message 'not receiving Bluetooth from mouse 
and keyboard'.
