Hi Ikaika,

There are a couple things to try to see if they resolve your camera issues.

1. Make sure all Windows updates are done, including optional updates. See attached video
2. Open Dell Command and run updates there as well.

Ikaika does work from home and would like to 
schedule a zoom meeting to troubleshoot some things.

Ikaika called this afternoon and stated that his 
camera randomly shuts off in zoom meetings and 
within the camera app. He did say that this all 
started happening after getting his new laptop.
