Hi,

I came over with my laptop and UCS 
uninstalled/installed Adobe as well as the new 
security software....it turned out to be more 
complex than I would ever had been able to do on 
my own.  Thus, I'd like to request a service visit 
to my office NS 221 to do the same to my old 
desktop device with the same problem.  

I'm here until 5 if a tech is available today, 
otherwise I'd like to schedule something next 
week.  I do a lot of pdf reading on the desktop so 
do need the Adobe updated.

Hi,

I've been getting this message intermittently, but 
with increasing frequency.  How do I update/verify 
my Adobe license on WOU equipment?  This is 
happening on my WOU laptop and WOU desktop.  When 
this has happened in the past, I'd just left click 
on the Windows applications icon and click on 
Adobe, then everything would work.  But not 
anymore; hence, this inquiry.  I can open a pdf 
such as one I've created in Word or 
PowerPoint...but after about 10 seconds, Adobe 
shuts it down.

Any advice is appreciated.
