Picked up device. Hard drive was damaged beyond repair so we put 
in an MVME from a loaner because we have more desktop loaners 
than we need and was a loaner that will be PDR'ed next year 
anyways. Approved by MGMT. Going to install at 2pm unless informed 
otherwise. ADMIN was give to group user Abbys_house. " 20180701[Edit Inv] "

Went to look at device. When we got there the devices screen was 
working but when mouse was moved there was a lag between 
movements. Took possession of device to do re-imaging. After re-
imaging device was working. Brought device back and set it back up. 
Performed system check. Good to go.

User called this morning from over in the Welcome 
Center RM 165. User stated that after turning on 
the device the Dell logo appears and then the 
screen turns black. She did mention that 
everything is plugged in from what she can tell.
