Hi Shari,

Your computer was not repairable so we are going 
to give you a one year newer computer. We have 
that computer ready to go for you and will need 
you to come in for about 10-20 minutes to do final 
set up on it with you. I know you work more 
remotely, as such your files were moved to your 
home drive, you can access them right now if you 
used our vpn service. We would just like an email 
with a time and date that works for you to get 
your new computer.

I need some additional information regarding

working to see if I can fix the screen 
issues/sending to apple.

Stopped by to drop her device and show us that it 
is turned on but nothing appears on the screen 
(just black). We tried restarting and that didn't 
help anything come up (sound works though). Dyllan 
is running some tests on it to see if it 
compatible with monitor.
