I am emailing because we have generated a list of computers that do not appear to have our latest antivirus on them and your macbook appeared to be on the list; if you have any time upcoming, would we be able to schedule an appointment where we could either come over to your office or you could come into UCS and we can get the new antivirus installed for you?

Hi Anna,

We noticed that your Macbook does not have our new 
security software installed. We need to come 
install that software for you asap and remove the 
old software. Please schedule a time with UCS to 
have this done. We are more than happy to come out 
to your office to do that.
