The IMAC has been set up and the other IMAC has had sentinel one 
installed. I also gave them a new keyboard and mouse

Please take a picture of all the apps on the back computer in the 
smaller room. Then Bring the computer to UCS for reimagining. The 
back computer should be good to run recon then policy then 
download sentinel one if it doe3s not download through policy.

Description: Install SentinelOne and remove Sophos

My name is Dyllan C. and I work for UCS here at 
WOU. This was an automatic service request created 
because the computers in the production studio are 
outdated and have the wrong antivirus software. 
The deal is, we have to update these computers to 
put the correct antivirus software on them. 
However we know you are using some special 
software for that room we do not normally work 
with. I want to make sure that updating these 
computers will not affect those software's. I was 
wondering if there was a time I could meet with 
you in the production study to discuss what we can 
do about these issues. I am free all day tomorrow.
