Hello Patrica,

My name is Dyllan and I work for UCS here at WOU. 
This is a follow up email to one we sent last 
month. I know you were out last month so I am 
checking back in on this.

We noticed that your Macbook does not have our new 
security software installed. We need to come 
install that software for you asap and remove the 
old software. The old software can cause some 
issues. We can either schedule a time for a tech 
to 
come out and help you, or you can bring it into 
UCS 
it is on average a 10 - 30 minute fix.
