My name is Dyllan and I work for UCS here at WOU. 
This is a follow up email to when I stopped by 
last month and you found a computer (wou# 
20200473) That your Macbook does not have our new 
security software installed. We spoke on the phone 
and discussed the user potentially bringing in the 
computer. I was wondering where we are on this? 
Also if it is easier we can schedule a time for a 
tech to come out and fix the software, or you can 
still bring it into UCS it is on average a 10 - 30 
minute fix.
