Description: Install SentinelOne and remove Sophos

I was working on your Mac and in order for it to finish we need to 
remove data from the disk. Would you be able to come in sometime 
so we can help you move the data and we can finish it up.

Hi Erin,

My name is Dyllan and I work for UCS here at WOU. 
This is a follow up email to one we sent last month.

We noticed that your Macbook does not have our new 
security software installed. We need to come 
install that software for you asap and remove the 
old software. The old software can cause some 
issues. We can either schedule a time for a tech to 
come out and help you, or you can bring it into UCS 
it is on average a 10 - 30 minute fix.
