Computer has been updated and issues seen to have been fixed. We 
need to swap her Mac with the loaner we lent her. Coming in 
tomorrow around 1pm-2pm

I need some additional information regarding service request #85702

Description: Install SentinelOne and remove Sophos

Your macbook has had our security software added to it and we seem 
to have stopped the flashing. It is ready for us to give to you in trade 
for the lander we lent you. Let us know when would be a good time to 
get this to you or if you want to come here that works to.

Thank you so much for this reminder and for your patience with me!  
When we meet, can I also have printers installed on my computer for 
RWEC?  

I am not free this week---too many meetings already scheduled, but 
next week, these are some times I could bring my computer by or 
have someone meet me in my office:

Tuesday, the 14th between noon and 1:45
Wednesday, the 15th between 10 and 5
Thursday, the 16th between 9 and 1:30
Friday, the 17th between 1:30 and 5

Let me know if any of these would work and where I should meet you?

Hi Melanie,

Hello my name is Dyllan C. and I work for USC your 
computer is missing our new antivirus software and 
potentially has our old one. Since we no longer 
use our old software it can create some issues, 
such as slowing down your computer. We would like 
you to update to your newest operating 

system -> settings -> software update -> install

Then run an app called "Remove Sophos Endpoint" It 
should be on your computer already. 

that would fix this issue. Or we would like to set 
up a time to get this taken care, it is about a 5-
20 minute fix. If you can email us with a time or 
bring your computer into UCS we would greatly 
appreciate it.

Hi Melanie,

We noticed that your Computer does not have our 
new security software installed. We need to come 
install that software for you asap and remove the 
old software. Please schedule a time with UCS to 
have this done. We are more than happy to come out 
to your office to do that.
