Emily had the adobe issue present on their macbook and swung by today to get it fixed. I was able to uninstall all adobe products with adobe creative cloud cleaner, then deleted the adobe folders from the shared folder under users, then downloaded creative cloud. We then downloaded acrobat and it worked as intended.

Noticed they also had sophos on their laptop as well still. We uninstalled that, and Brady was able to help me install sentinel one on the laptop. 

All should be good to go.
