called in and was still unable to login, asked david 
to check jamf to see if device had wouloaner 
account, had to unlock it for the user

this a library checkout? using the wouloaner 
username with the provided password should login 
them in and if they are on the campus network it 
should have let them login in

User called this morning stating that she was not 
able to login into the loaner device even after 
using the username and password she has always 
used. She said that on the top right hand side 
there is a little red dot and when she clicks it 
it says 'Network Accounts Not Available'.
