Thank you for getting back to me. Unfortunately, no 
one has come to check my device yet. I was informed 
that I should bring it to your office today and 
leave it there for servicing. However, I was 
wondering if someone could come by to verify whether 
the issue might be with my dock station instead.

Getting loaner ready 20200989[Edit Inv] on imaging desk 2 . 
Check in with user on wensday they are going to 
check with TRI Heads if they can just get a new 
computer that her cycle is almost up. However 
going to have a loaner ready just in case

to a docking station - yes is connected and I have 
checked often.  This issue just started to happen 
last week.

Can you provide this information:
 - the WOU# for your computer
 - check to see if your desktop setup is connected 
to a docking station

Lastly, can you provide your office location and 
availability this week? 

Our techs are currently working on setting up 
equipment at the new Advising Center so they will 
look into it and reach out as soon as they can.

I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching 
out because I am currently experiencing issues 
with my docking station. My computer is not fully 
connecting. Occasionally, it will connect to my 
monitor, but then everything shuts off and 
disappears.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can 
provide to resolve this issue.
