Computer should be working now. Plugged USB receiver into the 
dock and the computer seems to have worked. Haven’t heard 
anything from her sense 03/6/25

Ha!  If the weather is bad, I won't be here either.  
I live in Philomath (Kings Valley) area.  Crossing 
our fingers it won't be too bad.

Good Morning Sandra,

Tentatively, we can schedule for Thursday; anytime 
between 8-2 works for me. I say tentatively because 
next week the weather might not be the best, but if 
anything happens to prevent me from showing up, I'll 
let you know.

Unfortunately, this week is month end for us, and 
with the weather, I've been coming in a little late.  
Next week, we're moving to the Welcome Center.  
Would maybe Wednesday or Thursday of next week work 
for you?

Hey Brady, 

Sorry it's taken so long to get back with you.  

So, what's happening is I lock my computer when I 
need to take a break or something.  When I come 
back, the screen is black with the cursor showing.  
However, there is no login screen.  I move the 
cursor, but the login screen still doesn't show up.   
I'll open and close my laptop, and sometimes the 
screen comes back, but other times, it takes a while 
before it does.  When it finally comes back on, it's 
frozen, so I have to wait until it unfreezes itself.  
To be honest, it's very frustrating. 

The other issue I have is that not all my laptop 
keys work, so I have to bring my keyboard with me 
when I'm using my laptop remotely.  I don't mind, 
but it'd be nice to just bring my laptop.  

I hope this helps!  Next week, I'm pretty much 
available all week if you want to come by.

Hi there, 

My computer is having the same issue it had last 
time before it resolved itself.  When I walk away 
from my laptop, I hit the Window and the L button 
together to lock it.  When I come back to the 
screen where I hit ALT-Ctl-Delete to put my 
password in, it takes a while for it to come back. 
Last time this happened, after I turned it off and 
turned it back on, it gave me an error message. 

Also, my laptop keyboard has sticky keys where 
it's hard for me to use it without an actual 
keyboard.  When I take my laptop anywhere, I have 
to take my keyboard as well. 

My laptop number is 20200484[Edit Inv].

Unfortunately, with the holiday time off and month 
end when we come back, time is precious right now.  
Would this be something that could wait until we 
get back?  Or can it be resolved now?
