Hey There,

Chrome just froze up again. I had to end the task 
but before I did I took a screenshot (see below); 
it doesn't seem to be using as much memory as it 
has been, but it's still being annoying. I may 
need to arrange to have this machine reimaged at 
this point 😭

I uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome for Alexis. 
We'll see if this helps the issue at all.

Alexis just called reporting that her issues with 
Chrome is happening again. Her computer is 
lagging, Task Manager shows there are 40+ chrome 
tabs open. she tried doing the recommended tips by 
force closing chrome in task manager but still no 
luck.

she is available today after 10:30am and is 
located in the new advicing center room 105.
