a dock? Was told she was getting a dock

user called reporting their computer not 
functioning. they turned the device on but nothing 
comes up, blank black screen. 

user has informed their department's admin 
assistant, tracy boyson, that techs are allowed to 
enter her office anytime to troubleshoot.
