Hey Trevor,
So, David took a look at the computer I took in yesterday and found 
that part of the problem is it has a physical hard drive instead of an 
NvME. Another part of the problem is that there is not enough 
memory to do what we call imaging and so basically the memory gets 
filled up when we try to fix it's issues. David says that we can put in 
an NvME but your department will have to buy one (roughly $50). Is 
that something you guys can swing? We would need an index code to 
charge.

Left VM 1/13 it is IFC funded so a new computer has 
to be approved by their department but we can 
definitely try and fix it.

Hello,
I emailed a few weeks back about issues regarding 
my computer. I am unable to get in and it keeps 
going to a blue screen. Is there anyway I can get 
a new computer or someone out here to look at it? 
Starting Monday the 6th I will be needing it and 
cannot afford to wait to have access to it. Thank 
you in advance.
