After looking into this a little more it might be best to request a 
new GFA device through portal. Your computer looks like it’s 
almost up for replacement anyway. If you need assistance doing 
this, I’d be happy to help.

I need some additional information regarding service request 
#85953

Description: Computer screen is blacking out, even though it was 
previously repaired. Is requesting a replacement

I was looking at this ticket and noticed you would like to request a 
replacement. I don’t have a W# for the computer on the ticket 
currently. When you get a chance, could you supply this to me so I 
can see what is required for us to get a replacement going for you.

Hi Dyllan,

Thanks for your work on my computer last month. 
Whatever you did seemed to help for a couple of 
weeks, but now the problem has returned and 
continues like before. The screen goes black 
several times per hour and sometimes stays black 
for several seconds. I'm afraid that won't work 
for the kind of work that I do. 

I'd like to move forward with ordering a 
replacement please.
