Ignore last wrong SR 

IR-request@mail.wou.edu is the secondary account. 
Adeya is the IR director she should have access to 
manage this account and add/remove people. Also 
she wants the regular link for Secondary account. 
Sending to Ellis, told Adeya I would have some 
info for her by EOD really important SR for them.

I sent a text to Anna letting her know she needs to 
contact HR. Michael Volkmann received a request to 
remove the account in June 2024 but never received a 
request to reinstate it.

Can't log in to portal. Has tried to reset but 
says it responds as if she is a student/ doesn't 
recognize that she is faculty.

She has classes starting today and cannot access 
anything.
