I went to library and brought the Raspberry pi to UCS. We tested out 
the dongle and it is definitely not working. Raspberry pi is working 
just fine. Advised library that they can put in a purchase request for a 
new dongle.

Thank you Lori for the information. 

I am in the loop about students sending back 
faulty units. You may see another student doing 
the same. 

I'll ask my Chair to see if we can get a few more 
dongles. If UCS has some, that would be great.

 Hello Jie,
