I gave Ava a loaner laptop loaded with her files. 
She said she will be finished with it by the end of 
winter term. Insist we get it back at that time as 
we have had issues getting devices back in the past.

I have restored a loaner laptop with most if not 
all of Ava's data. I need a tech to help her use 
this loaner to restore her bookmarks. She will 
need to be in charge of moving any files over on 
her own though. You can show her how to move files 
to her home drive etc.  Loaner is 20191089[Edit Inv]

Hi Ava,

I need some additional information regarding service request #86080

Description: possibly wanting to retrieve old data (see SR#78638)

Your backups are ready to go. We had to redo this as the tech that 
was working on it initally has left UCS. We tried to come by today and 
saw that you are only in on Mondays. We can come by in two weeks 
or sooner if that woks better for you.

Hello,

I turned over my "Outstanding GFA return for 
20150201" last term with a promise from the folks 
who picked it up that they would charge the laptop 
and make copies of several things I wanted off the 
machine before doing whatever you all do with old 
machines. This included some non file things like 
website bookmarked pages. Nobody ever followed up 
with me to help me access the information that was 
taken off the old machine. I trust that it was 
saved and if someone could help me connect with 
the data taken off that machine that would be 
wonderful.  I look forward to hearing from you.
