My name is Dyllan C. and I work for UCS here at 
WOU. This is an old computer and the lab is GFA 
funded as such we will just be replacing this 
computer with a faster NVME one. We will hold the 
other computer for two weeks if thier is any data 
you need off of it.

Imaging a replacement 20180241  PDR old one after 
two weeking the hard drive

Can a tech check on this computer? If we have get 
it working, we can use a loaner desktop for the 
lab. We will need to make sure it gets the 
correct software installed. You can use KACE to 
see what software is on the malfunctioning device

Sorry about that! These are all of the numbers I 
found on the machine:

CSFFRP2 was the only other number I found on the 
computer besides the 20171050. I'm also happy to 
meet anyone in the lab at a specific time if 
that's easier.

I am reaching out in regards to an email you sent 
us yesterday about computer issues. Could you 
double check the WOU numbers on the computer in 
question? It seems like both the numbers you 
previously provided were for monitors and not a 
computer.

The information provided in this ticket is not for 
a computer. The numbers entered are both computer 
monitors. One is for NS and the other is for TRI. 
Can we please reach back out to Alice and make 
sure we get the correct computer number so we can 
make sure we are working on the correct device?
