Greetings,

Our lobby computer is still "out of service" due 
to not connecting to the network. The computer 
needing attention to fix has a sign on it "out of 
order" and it's the computer closest to our front 
door.

I realize you have "closed" our service request 
however the issue is not yet resolved.

Can you re-look at the computer and fix it for us?

I was told a UCS person had been in our lobby 
assessing our lobby computer that is not able to 
connect to the internet. I was curious if there's 
an update and if any ETA on when it will be fixed?

when he returns to office.

Came down to check out what is going on. When machine is turned 
on it will either get a "network not detected" error or an error stating 
that "All available desktop sources for this desktop are currently 
busy". Tried a different ethernet cord and an ethernet port that is 
working for a different machine. Both solutions failed.

Dear UCS<

Please help us with our lobby computers. The one 
closest to the door has lost internet connection, 
and our customers are unable to use it to complete 
their financial aid processes.
