Hi Bertha,

I need some additional information regarding service request #86099

Description: Get old laptop form Bertha (hybrid worker)

I was wondering if there is a time that someone might be able to 
come pick up the laptop that was replaced by your new laptop. You 
can also drop it off if that is easier for you.

when would be a good time to have you drop off your old laptop or 
someone can come by and grab it from you?
