Hello!

We're having some issues with the laptop computer 
at our front desk. It's not connecting well to the 
primary monitor and randomly shuts off. I have to 
hold the power button down on the laptop, and it 
reboots with a black screen and some system 
messages saying it's missing a service tag. I 
found the sticker on the bottom of the laptop with 
the ST number, but I didn't know where to input 
that. The messages say to press Alt+F, and anytime 
a key is pressed a loud, harsh chirp emits from 
the speakers. It has also been making a lot of 
noise like it's been working very hard, even when 
the computer is "off." Could someone help us 
troubleshoot this?

We are in WUC 203 across from the Wolfstore.

information.
