Hello again,

So it appears your macbook may need a new battery 
or there could be some other underlying issue. 
Unfortunately it is just past warranty (it ended 
Nov 2024). We can send the device into Apple Care 
and they can give us an estimate to see how much 
it will be to repair the device. Probably a couple 
hundred dollars or more.

We would need an Index to charge for the repair. 
The only other option is for your department to 
purchase a new Macbook ($2050.00).

and get her a monitor and dock for her computer
