Description: Computer has some domain failures 
associated with it

believe we have a fix to this issue. When is a time 
you can bring your computer in or we can come out 
and take a look at it? This should take about 10-30

rebind the domain

unbind/rebind to domain should....solve this

Hi Rowan,

This has been an issue for a while, I'm sorry! I 
changed my name in 2023 and that has endlessly 
confused my Mac. Generally I am able to log into 
everything as "anorton" but when I have to 
restart, it only let's me sign in as "aarnold". 
I'm not sure what else it's attempting to connect 
to, though.

Adrien had her last name changed for her username 
back in '23. However it appears she is still using 
both her old "arnolda" and her new "nortona" 
credentials to use her computer. See attached email
