Had never updated dell command, did that then 
advised user to update every week at least. Also 
upgrading to windows 11 from 10 because she had a 
lot of background process running. Windows 11 has 
better optimization to kill those. Also updated CC 
and acro to newest versions. Her google chrome was 
taking up approximately 40% of her RAM so W11 
should fix that also. She hadn't restarted the 
computer in 90 days also so I did that and advised 
her to shut it off end of week because it helps 
with resetting process like chrome ect.

Hi there,

I am wondering if anyone would be able to come 
check out my computer for possible updates. I 
tried to update it on my own through settings, but 
had no luck. I received an error message.

My desktop has just been running very very 
slowly...

My office RWEC 133-I will be on campus and my door 
will be open tomorrow and Friday pretty much all 
day if that works for anyone :)
