Our tech Dyllan is available to assist with your 
printing issues today @ 12pm.

Additionally, our Desktop Support Team has 
informed me that your computer is eligible for a 
GFA Equipment replacement, meaning that you will 
get a new device to replace the one you now have. 

For our techs to assist you with the setup of your 
new equipment, please let us know the dates and 
times that work best for you next week.

Good morning, 

My desktop at Maaske Hall 204 is still not 
printing to either printer on my floor. When I 
print from downloads or from online, the computer 
clocks and clocks until it ultimately freezes and 
shuts down. This has been an ongoing problem that 
has been worked on already, but it continues.
