This computer keeps giving an error no access 
0x0000005 when trying to connect to the printer. 
Also user was not an admin, I made her an admin 
then she was unable to get past the welcome 
screen. Left computer with her to try and see if 
it would push through I believe it is updating 
later.

Hi Emily, in order to add the ATH-Color printer, you can open file explorer and in the navigation bar to the 
left of "Search this PC", you can type in \\threesisters and hit enter. THat will bring up all the department 
printers and copiers. Simply double click ATH-Color and it will install the print drive and you should be 
able to print to the device.
