Hi Barbara,

I need some additional information regarding service request #86223

Description: printer giving error “Incompatible black toner cartridge 
has been detected”  

For some reason it appears that your printer is offline, did you unplug 
it for some reason? It needs to be plugged in and the toner cartridge 
needs to be in so we can contact Xerox to fix the issue. We are 
working on this issue but we need these steps done so we can fix it 
as soon as possible.

Hello!

 

Someone came over last week to change the toner in 
my printer and had to have Xerox reset it or 
something of that nature.  It is now giving the 
error again that says “Incompatible black toner 
cartridge has been detected”  and will not let us 
print.
