I believe the issue with this printer is resolved after a hard reset. Let me know if you experience

I don't get any numbered error message...either a 
pop-up box stating it's "Connecting to printer." 
but then just hangs up.   Or, an error message 
stating "could not connect to printer."

Just now, somehow I opened some Windows printer 
management pop-up and I was able to print a "test 
page" successfully.  But with word or existing 
adobe pdf or email, etc.  I get the hanging 
"connecting to printer" response.

Since receiving my new WOU Dell laptop (20240051), 
one of the network printers across the hall from 
me will not connect -- NS-Beagle on threesisters.

The student worker (Tony B) attempted and noted 
the issue was something he couldn't resolve and 
I'd need to request additional help.

I'm now making this request.  I'm around campus a 
lot and will work with your availability.
