This is working again. The netscan username was just 
netscan but needed to be netscan44

Hi Roseanna,

Can you try scanning on this device again? I 
believe the username was not correct for the path 
but I believe it has been fixed.

Hello,

On the printer 20210249[Edit Inv], the option "Docstar AP" 
is not working. When I scan a document, click 
Docstar AP, it does not go to Docstar TPSSS AP. I 
receive the printout and message: "confirmation 
report  - job undelivered."
