I spoke with Emily Stanfield about this and showed her how to adjust some of the color 
options. I'm pretty sure the toner this device is using is just a more eco friendly low 
temp toner. I've seen lots of laser copiers move to this style of of printing on lower 
end devices. If you need more color accurate prints, you'll have to use/purchase a 
higher end device or send jobs off to the print shop.

In Printer Properties, I changed the setting to 
"high resolution" and it still prints the colors 
very lightly.

Hello Roseanna,
It could be that the print quality settings aren't 
on standard or high. Also check to see if there is 
a "toner save" or "eco" mode and turn it off. 
These would be in printer settings on the 
computer.

Hello,

Printer #20220698[Edit Inv]  is producing very faded 
printouts.We checked the toners and all are at 
full capacity. We need to print some items in 
color asap.
