I got a message from Ian asking about information 
I needed off the laptop. I tried to call back, but 
just keep getting an unavailable message. There 
shouldn't be anything saved on the computer itself 
- everything is in my H: drive. The Branagh 
software I use can be reinstalled later if the 
computer needs to be wiped.

I keep getting this pop up on my desktop. If I 
close it, it pops up again. What should I do?

Jennifer brought in her computer W#20200842[Edit Inv] claiming that 
the device all of a sudden went blue screen and turned off 
unexpectedly. User tried restarting the device but was 
faced with Auto Repair error message despite clicking on 
'Restart' option to pursue diagnosis and auto repair.
