I was able to help her get her account upgraded to 
admin and install ERS.

She said she will be able to come in on Friday a 
little after 9:30am.

Elizabeth called this afternoon stating that she 
has never used the tablet in the past and is 
unable to login to it. I am thinking she needs to 
be given admin rights on the device to be able to 
use her credentials to log in.
