The Kandinski printer in ITC210 will not print due a 'filter failed' error. I have received the "filter failed" message every time I attempt to print. It's a PDF I'm trying to print, from within Acrobat. I have to leave in a few and won't be back until Monday, at which point I really need it to work, so It would be super appreciated if someone can get in there to troubleshoot(?). 🤞🏼 Thanks! Mary Dycus	Jan 30, 2025 04:25 PM	Hi Jennifer, Could you do a test print one more to check for any error warnings on the printer's screen? If so, could you snap a photo of it and forward it to us? Additionally, if the problem persists, could you try restarting the computer briefly and then attempt printing again? Hope this helps!
