I fixed tray 1 so there is a one working tray. I 
removed tray 2 for grinding/jamming issues and 
emailed Gay to inform her it's time to consider a 
replacement for this device.

user called to report their printer displaying 
"paper jam" error message. user tried to 
troubleshoot issue and discovered no paper being 
stuck. 

user is seeking tech assistance to troubleshoot 
the issue as well mapping her computer to main 
copiers in her department.
