Hi Lori,

As long as the iPad is connected to the network it 
should receive the passcode reset I just sent.

Hello UCS Helpdesk,
We have an iPad 20190328[Edit Inv] that is passcode locked 
and linked to the last student's Apple ID.  The 
person is no longer attending WOU.  We tried 
calling/leaving voicemail and emailing their WOU 
and personal email accounts during the last month 
with no success.

I am hoping that John R. will be able to work with 
Apple to reset it so other students may check it 
out in the future.

If nobody is able to pick it up - I can walk it 
over later today.  Thank you!
