Hello: 2/25 from 9-12 works for me.  I want to 
make sure that the new computer will have remote 
desktop installed on it so that I can log into the 
EHR (Medicat).  Also, if it would be possible, I 
would like icons for File Ex[plorer, Zoom, 
Internet Explorer, Medicat, and Word on the bottom 
bar for easier access. Thanks very much!  Chris

Hi Christopher,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #86394

Description: 20240325[Edit Inv] set up laptop and docking 
station W20230199 2/25 9-12pm

The computer that was requested by you or your 
department is ready to be delivered and set up. It 
was recommended by Trisha to set this up on a day 
you aren't there since you won't have any 
patients. She said 2/25 any time between 9-12pm 
would work. I want to verify that works with you. 
Moreover since we won't see each other I want to 
answer any questions you have about your new 
setup!

directions: 20190679[Edit Inv] and the docking station will go 
to Tom Breyer in the same office. Tom's laptop and 
docking station 20160394[Edit Inv] can be removed from the 
building.
