Came in because his dock doesn't stay connected to his computer 
causing it to randomly stop showing on monitors and disrupting 
work. Updated the drivers through Dell command and dock 
continued to struggle. States that the problem has been around 
since he got the dock but has gotten worse.  Updated to Windows 
11. Noticed that laptop gets fairly warm while running. Dock
