Hi, 

I followed the directions and it did not work for 
me. I need help as soon as possible please. I need 
Adobe to continue doing my daily job tasks. Please 
let me know when someone can come by and help me 
or when I can come by and get help.

Hello Anabel,
I recommend doing the Adobe CC cleaner. If this 
doesn't work or if you have complications please 
contact us again. Here are the instructions:
Please try these steps;
1.      Use add/remove programs and uninstall 
Adobe Acrobat

2.      Next run the AcroCleaner tool.

3.      Next remove Creative Cloud as well. ( If 
this won't uninstall, use this link to download 
and run the Adobe CC Cleaner tool, follow 
instructions below under CC Cleaner instructions) 
You have to unzip the download, it is a slow 
download. Run the setup.exe in the Build folder. 
It is inside a couple Adobe folders.

4.      Next remove Adobe Genuine service.

5.      Restart the computer once completed

6.      Now log in to portal and reinstall Adobe 
This takes 20+ minutes to complete

7.      Next open Acrobat, you will have to login 
to Adobe with your portal credentials and a DUO 
push.

8.      Update Acrobat from Menu>Help>Check for 
updates

9.      Open creative cloud and redownload any 
apps you need.

CC Cleaner instructions, Press enter after each 
command:

1.      E for English

2.      Y for yes

3.      1 for All

4.      9 for Clean All

5.      Y for yes

6.      Once completed successfully, press enter 
and restart computer

Hello, 

My computer was not recognizing Adobe and was 
forcing it closed. I had to uninstall it and I’ve 
been having a very hard time reinstalling it. I 
need help Adobe for my job on a daily basis so 
this is critical. I appreciate the help in 
advance.
