Greetings, 
I will be in my office from noon to 1:45 today, 
and can be back again at 4.  I’m actually here 
now, if anyone is available.  I have a class to 
teach at 10, but I’m here until then.  

I think there’s a simple solution to the problem 
I’ve been having:  I don’t want a large monitor.  
I never asked to have one and I have no use for 
it.  If there’s a way to allow me to connect the 
laptop I’m using to the campus network without the 
giant monitor, that would be best, from my 
perspective.

My laptop is still not working properly, and this 
is leaving me paralyzed, unable to do work I need 
to do for the classes I'm teaching.  I'm about to 
leave campus for the day, and I'm hoping that I 
can get something done about it tomorrow.  I'm 
sorry to be a bother, but I need help with this as 
soon as possible.

I’m once again experiencing failure with the 
laptop I’ve been given to work with.  The big 
screen that was forced upon me is not connecting 
properly to the laptop.  I think this problem 
could be solved if you could give me a hub that is 
not built into a monitor ( that setup worked fine 
for me until two months ago, when the large 
monitor was forced upon me).


Right now my laptop is useless to me, and as is 
usually the case, I’m unable to do any work.   I 
need help (something other than saying you need to 
re-image the laptop please).
