Hello,

 

The keyboard on my Dell laptop has been cranky. 
The number keys don’t work consistently, which 
causes a problem if I try to log in during a 
meeting outside of our office (when I’m not 
plugged into a keyboard).

 

I spoke with John Rushing last week and he was 
looking into a loaner that I could use so this one 
could be repaired, but I wanted to send an email 
to provide proper tracking of this request. I’ve 
included him on my email as an FYI.

 

The ID on the laptop is 20200476[Edit Inv]. (I’m not sure if 
it aligns with the date parameters for replacement 
or should just be repaired.)
