Returned her computer imaged but it sounds like the 
real issue might be a profile thing. When I made her 
an admin her name did not pop up with an email. 
Closing for now reopen if issue presists.

Good morning,

I'm curious if you can find out when I'll get my 
laptop back. The loaner is crashing every time I 
try to use Adobe, and unfortunately that is fairly 
often. I also use multiple monitors, and it won't 
keep that setting, so I have to re-set them up 
every time I turn on the computer. I'm hoping to 
work from home for a few days this week, and 
definitely don't want to use this loaner.

My computer is trying to make updates and restart 
every day, but is unable to do so. It fails and 
backs out the updates before restarting. Can you 
have someone come take a look at it?
