Hi UCS,

Before we moved I was asking about ordering a new 
computer.  The battery doesn't hold a charge for 
even 30 minutes even if I am not using it.  I was 
told that UCS would need to look at it first.

The WOU # is 20200666[Edit Inv]

What do I need to do?
