Hi Halley,

I can swap your dock out for you tomorrow if you 
would like. I live in Salem and could go to Vick 
in the morning. Or you could swing by UCS and grab 
the dock here. Let me know.

day for a tech to come and visit? What is the WOU

I got a message when restarting my computer while 
it is plugged into my docking station. It said 
'Your dock station fan has failed. You may 
experience reduced performance until your dock is 
serviced.'
