Hi!

I have a couple of questions about this request. A 
technician came in and updated some things. I 
remember they told me to have the student open 
Adobe creative cloud and then it should be good 
from there, but Adobe creative cloud started 
prompting the student to sign in and insert 
personal information for security reasons. Do they 
need to do all of that?

issues with Adobe?

Hello! 

We are having an issue with Adobe Acrobat on one 
of our computers. I have attached an image of the 
error message. It closes down the whole app after 
closing the pop-up. Do we need to do something on 
our end to fix this or will you all have to come 
by to update it?
